Bobbie at the Wooster store is always so friendly and she remembers her customers. I live Starbucks but she really makes me want to keep coming back.

The staff is always super friendly! Not to mention I work 3rd shift, start work at 11p and this Starbucks is open later than most! Stop on my way to work and it helps get me through my night at work! Great work, Wadsworth Starbucks!!

Didn't have my order ready in time for pick up, and the barista seemed to really struggle to understand my order, but it was timely enough and the drink was good. And I know this Starbucks is usually on the ball. I'll just go through the drive thru next time instead of picking up an online order if I'm in a hurry.

Clean, smelled as awesome as Starbucks usually does, sorta small in comparison to say the Columbus,Oh store.

One of their bars was down and they said that it might take a minute so they told me jokes, Highlight of my day and I still got my coffee very quickly

It was super busy. I did wait for 20 mins for my hot chocolate. But all was good. I got my free red cup.

Yummy. Can be a bit pricy but i think its worth it

This Starbucks is usually awesome, especially the drive thru. I seem to have issues when I order inside/want to sit inside. Getting your drink in the store is such a slow process, even if you’re the only customer in the store. If you plan to sit at this Starbucks to study/work/read, good luck. They turn the music up so loud it makes it impossible to even focus. I have had to leave twice this week after just a few minutes of being on my laptop. I don’t know if they use this tactic to make customers leave (they probably do because I’ve worked in food and it’s something employees do to make people want to leave), but the music sucks. This hasn’t been my experience every single time, but the last few times the music has been obnoxious. It may just be one employee who chooses to blast the music... not sure.

Good drinks, but pricey. Try to hold onto your wallet.

Great cup of Joe... Fabulous foo foo frappa-latte drinks... Be sure to buy 3-5 Cake pops and binge eat them all at one time at least once in your life.

Andrew gave THE best drive through service ive ever had. He let us know that if we had questions to ask away and order when we were ready. After driving to the window he anticipated everything that we needed. Tipped 5 bucks. Management listen he deserves a raise for real
